Production process:

1.Microbial fermentation:

• Genetically engineered streptococci are used for fermentation to avoid the virus risks of traditional animal extraction (cockscomb).
• During the fermentation process, temperature, pH value and dissolved oxygen are precisely controlled to optimize HA production.

2.Purification process:

• Ultrafiltration technology: removes macromolecular impurities (such as bacterial proteins).
• Ion exchange chromatography: separate and purify HA molecules and control molecular weight distribution.
• Activated carbon adsorption: further reduces endotoxin and pigment residues.

3.Freeze-dried into powder:The purified HA solution is converted into powder through freeze-drying technology to improve stability and extend the shelf life (usually 2-3 years).

4.Terminal sterilization:Use ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization or gamma irradiation to ensure sterility.
