Cosmetic-Grade Sodium Hyaluronate: A Star Ingredient In Moisturizing Skin Care
Sodium Hyaluronate is a high molecular weight polysaccharide compound in the form of sodium salt converted from hyaluronic acid (HA). It is a derivative of hyaluronic acid and has similar structure and biological properties to hyaluronic acid, while showing better performance in water solubility, stability and application range.
Low molecular weight cosmetic grade sodium hyaluronate is a variant of sodium hyaluronate with a smaller molecular weight than high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate, usually less than 50,000 Daltons. Due to its smaller molecular weight, low molecular weight sodium hyaluronate has better penetration ability and can penetrate deep into the surface layer of the skin to achieve deep moisturizing and repairing effects.
